Apple Geniuses just suck! They are like classic BOFH now. I had horrible experience again and it getting worse and worse year to year. It is just too many of them! Now they busy with their little process and do not care about customers no more. When it was much less of them - 8 years ago they were honest and helpful, now they are not single engineers but hundred headed hydra where one ping-pong you to another and that one to someone else, and no one care, because there are one single organism performing their process dance.

Funny, but their managers looks exactely like my old "pals" comsomol leaders (young communist organization) back from USSR - they looks good with nice haircat, energetic, driving this meaningless process and absolutely do not care about anything else.

I was so really angry and I decide to give them bad review... Well, I went to search for reviews for Aplle store technical support - ... why bother? They are rated horrible like everywhere!

This is excellent example of organization turning into bureaucratic monster which just exist to perform their precious process in a sake of process. They are disconnected from real world - do not know and do not care what is around and how people see them. And it is clearly observed over last year - I already wrote about that twice at March this year. This disease progressing fast!


Apple now is just sad Parkinson's law story.
