Только что нашел комментарий Клифа Стампа на то, что он на своем форуме лишил меня возможности даже читать, что там у него написано, не то что писать.

Итак вот что он "имеет сказать":

On any forum, whenever his methods are questioned he commonly :

-claims that there is no scientific work on edge retention, sharpness, etc.
-insults anyone who questions
-states no one does any work but him
-refuses to answer even simple questions about his work

It is ok to be ignorant (the first and third) however the insults are not and the last one isn't welcomed but is not a moderating offence just one that causes people to ignore you. He can not openly post, but he can submit a post for approval, if it isn't insulting it will be approved, if it is then it will be posted in this thread and clarified why it is rejected.

I was hoping to run this group without this but he made that not possible, congratulations. I was also hoping to avoid a public moderation forum, but as always he has created a huge conspiracy around him with again more disinformation about being "banned".

This isn't an open posting forum, if you do feel that mistakes were made in moderation just send me a PM.

Что интересно - написано это было 2 Февраля 2013 года то есть больше чем через полгода после той "дискуссии". Собственно когда он меня забанил ни слова не было сказано - просто закрыл мне доступ и все.

Честно говоря настолько это все по детски что даже не хочется комментировать.

Еще раз продемонстрировано что речь тут идет не о науке о ножах, но о поддержании имиджа этакого ученого. Однако за десять лет можно было бы и сделать что то реальное. Увы ничего такого не произходит. Какая разница - просто еще один завсегдатый ножевых форумов, единственное отличие от остальных "експертов" такого рода - использование наукообразного языка, не более. А разговоры те же, та же оторванная от реальности чушь, то же маниакальное нежелание даже фобия хоть что то сделать реальное, что то протестировать.

Ну да ладно...
